This Policy explains how Sedykh E.F. (the “Operator”) processes personal data
in accordance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ and the
Terms of Service.
2. Data Stored in Russia
All personal data are stored on servers physically located in the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfers.
3. Categories & Purpose
- Identifiers (UUID, nickname) — account management, cross‑device sync.
- Optional e-mail — password reset, service notifications.
- Display settings (region, language, 18 + flags) - feed personalisation, cross‑device synchronisation.
- Content metadata (region where an event or wish is created) - geo‑filters, search, localisation.
- User‑generated content — core service functionality.
- Crash logs — stability analytics.
4. Retention
- Account & user content — until account deletion or 6 months inactivity.
- Display settings — until account deletion or 6 months inactivity.
- Content metadata (event/wish region) - until the corresponding item is deleted.
- Event photos — until deletion or 30 days after removal.
- Reports — 3 months.
- Crash logs — 90 days.
5. User Rights
Access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal via privacy@craftbox.cc.
6. Security
Encryption (HTTPS/TLS 1.3), access control, backups.
7. Policy Updates
14-day notice before material changes.
