What do the access levels mean?
These are the main access settings for a profile/list/event.
Open to Everyone
Anyone with the link can open it.
Followers only
Only your followers.
Specific people
Only selected people you granted access to.
No one
Access is closed for everyone except you.
Note: Guest access / Access Code is a separate setting.
What is Guest access / Access Code?
It’s a guest entry code: anyone with the link + code can view the list/event even without an account.
I entered the code but it still won’t open. Why?
Usually it’s one of these: the code changed, you opened a different link (different list/event), or the owner disabled guest access.

Why is the profile visible but the list/event is hidden?

Can I set access separately for profiles, lists, and events?
Yes. Profiles, each list, and each event have separate access settings.

Why isn’t guest access saved?
Sometimes the browser doesn’t store cookies (for example because of blockers).

What do the reservation rules mean?
This setting controls who can reserve.
Anyone who can view
Anyone with view access can reserve (including guests with a code, if enabled).
Followers only
Only the owner’s followers can reserve.
Reservations disabled
Reservations are turned off.
Who can cancel a reservation or mark as gifted?
Cancel reservation — the wish owner or the person who reserved it.

Why can’t I reserve if I can see the list?
Reservations may be turned off or restricted by the owner (for example, followers only or specific people).
How do I turn off reservations completely?
In settings, choose “Reservations disabled”.

What does Allow Contributions do?
People with access can add their own wishes to the list, but can’t edit other people’s wishes.

How do I add a wish quickly?
Open the product in any app or website → Share → Craftbox.
If the site is supported, details will auto-fill — choose where to save (list/event) or at least add a title and tap Save.

Where does the wish image come from?
We use your photo first. If there’s no photo, we try to fetch a preview from the link.

What’s the difference between a list and an event?
A list is a wishlist without a specific date.
An event is an occasion with a date: great for collecting wishes for that moment and sharing shared content (like photos).
Events become memories for participants, and global events let you browse many people’s wishes for the same occasion (like Christmas).

The owner controls this per event: Allow Ideas and Allow Media.
